CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300(O&G) "An Act relating to the                                              
qualifications of the member of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation                                 
Commission who need not be certified, trained, or experienced in                                    
either the field of petroleum engineering or the field of petroleum                                 
geology" was read the third time.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Senator French moved that the bill be returned to second reading for                                
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.                                    
Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.
